With a love for the country and privacy our owner’s selected a rural block that was surrounded by large trees, and not a sign of another neighbour. The vision was a mixture of a Farmhouse/Barndominium style that suited the land and their family.
The only issue we had to work around was a steep driveway for access to the house site. This just needed forward planning for deliveries and to ensure suppliers understood the access and worked with the right size vehicles.
Our owner’s wanted quality work and to maintain the budget they had given us. Knowing the builder had been around for a long time and was recommended to them was very important.
Our owner’s had a great understanding of the home they wanted for their family. Open spaces, clear view to the trees and the outdoors – mostly a home for their family to love living in and their friends to love visiting.
The Result
This home was handed over to a beautiful family who have added their personal touches and made the home their own. Looking out of the living room/kitchen and seeing nothing but trees has brought their vision to life.
