Ross and Chris came to us after being referred by a Real Estate Agent. They were looking to build their retirement home in the hinterland of the Sunshine Coast. They were avid country/federation decorators and had a thorough understanding of what they wanted. All the extra design details they already knew but had to work with someone to put it all together. With our designer, we worked to develop a beautiful Federation style home with loft bedroom, country style kitchen and magnificently curated landscaped gardens.
Ross had some health issues and needed to work with a builder that would listen and spend time with them to create the home they were dreaming of. He needed to know he wouldn’t be rushed through along with multiple other clients at the same time. David was recommended to him as someone that would work with them, one on one, and focus on every detail and produce the quality home they desired.
We spend quite some time over the plans, adding and changing until the exact layout was finalised. There were so many individual pieces of furniture that needed its very own space, so many country decorating elements to be considered and overall, we were looking at building a beautiful country residence. With time being spent in the planning and design stage we were then able to move through the build effortlessly as all the decisions has been made.
The Result
Ross and Chris moved into their beautiful Federation home and added their personal touch with magnificent furniture and décor. This home makes a statement from the front gate right through to the welcoming country kitchen.
